In 1985 we recognised that there was a niche for a company to make a difference and we feel that we have, from day one we have never advertised for applicants or clients, all of our applicants have been either headhunted or have been recommended to us as have clients. We feel that having been in business since 1985 and having worked in this way speaks for itself and that it has been the right way to work.
